PRODUCTION OF PREMIXES
The Blending Station model BS075M (Blending Station – Mobile) is an automated, high performance mobile plant for dosing and dry mixing aggregate powders (aggregates, carbonate, silica, gypsum) with binders (cement, lime, calcium sulphate) and additives (resins, aerating agents, fluidizing agents, fibres, cellulose) for the production of ready-to-use products, either loose or in palletized bags, for screeds, sub-bases, mortars for plasters, masonry, finishing, restoration and waterproofing, or adhesives. The plant is designed to guarantee the user both high mobility and high production standards, and can reach an output of 75 m³/h of premixed material.
MOBILE BLENDING PLANT
Unlike BS040 stationary mixing plants, BS075M mobile plants for the production of premixed building materials are composed of pre-wired stackable modular container structures specially designed to minimise transport and installation costs. The BS075M mobile plants, like the BS040M plants, are therefore the ideal solution for those who intend to move the machinery several times over time or have limited space on site. The mobile dosing and mixing unit is generally combined with several EUROSILO mobile horizontal silos for storing and retrieving the raw materials to be mixed. As an alternative to the horizontal silos, vertical monolithic, telescopic or panel silos can be combined. Additional components allow the storage of the mixed material, the filling of the bulk tanker truck or the packaging of bags for palletising.
AUTOMATED PLANT
All stages of the production process are managed by a personal computer and the recipes and dosing of the individual components are processed by a PLC combined with accurate electronic weighing systems with decreasing weight load cells. The mixer guarantees excellent homogenisation of the premix. The system, thus structured, ensures quality, consistency (repeatability) and traceability, for each production cycle, of the technical characteristics required for the final mixed product.
